Deskripsi Pekerjaan
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Have experience in the same position in the manufacturing industry for at least 1-2 years.
- Understanding of production processes, inventory management, and production planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in the Kendal, Central Java.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Planning:
- Develop production plans based on forecasts and customer demands.
- Schedule production to ensure all products are manufactured on time.
Material Control:
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and supporting materials according to production needs.
- Monitor material stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Inventory Control:
- Control finished goods and raw material inventory to reduce inventory costs.
- Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Manage and maintain production, inventory, and shipment data.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and inventory status.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and workflows.
- Implement lean manufacturing methods to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
