About the role
As a Polypaper/PVC/Metal Production Manager at PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of a range of materials including polypaper, PVC and metal. This is a contract role based in Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production process, meeting targets and delivering high-quality products.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day production operations for polypaper, PVC and metal products
- Develop and implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines
- Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and quality standards
- Lead and motivate the production team to achieve optimal efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline the production process
- Analyse production data and provide insights to support business decision-making
What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in a similar production management role, preferably within the manufacturing
- Proven track record of successfully managing production operations and achieving targets
- Strong technical knowledge of polypaper, PVC and metal production processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, manufacturing or a related field
