Job Description
- Reviewing sales forecast, customer demand and schedule production batches based on inventory level and production times.
- Creating daily and weekly control for production and planning progress, monthly production schedule and manufacturing orders and estimate inventory requirements.
- Making a monthly procurement plan for the main material and supporting material based on the demand forecast, order and follow up for its arrival progress.
- Control inventory level during the production process of main material and supporting material, goods stored in the warehouse.
- Scheduling the production process according to the planned time, route and quantity to speed up order fulfillment.
- Quick response and lead in solving the problem related the production process.
- Analyzing capacity and resources requirements and coordinate necessary adjustments
- Ensuring the optimization of machine productivity so that there is no overuse of production machines, or it’s useless.
- Control the Progress and Output of Subcon / Maklon process.
