PT ICCS Global Industries is a coconut charcoal manufacture company located in Semarang, Indonesia. Our products and supported brands are widely available and highly successful all around the world. We are currently looking for potential talent to join our team as PPIC Team.
 
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in All Major preferably Industrial Engineering with GPA minimum 3.00 or equivalent
- Min 3 years experience working as PPIC staff preferably in manufacture
- Good understanding in production process, have basic knowledge about PPIC (Production plan, Logistic, MRP, WMS)
- Have knowledge about stock opname method and manage stock availability
- Strong in analytical thinking, time management, planning skills, calculating and processing data
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
- Available to join as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities :
- Creating job order
- Provide work order summary update.
- Coordinate with Operational Manager about planning production schedules according to production capacity, lead time orders, warehouse capacity and raw material level in the inventory to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.
- Ensure that production materials are always available.
- Estimating inventory requirements and making purchase orders to restock inventory materials if needed.
- Ensure that any items received and delivered from the warehouse meet the specifications of the quality order and match with customer needs.
- Evaluate suppliers and coordinate the proformance with purchasing.
- Monitoring the flow process of stock in and out of the company’s warehouse facilities.
- Manage stock levels and condition of raw materials, finished products and supporting items stored on warehouse.
- Manage inventory archives about delivery orders and goods received invoices properly into computer systems and databases.
- Identify and correcting an error when entering data to system database using appropriate quality control method.
- Provide inventory control reports and accurate stock opname data to Department Head.
- Manage warehouse team performance including discipline & initiative.
- Recommend operational policies to company management and set operating standards for all subordinates to follow.
- Actively solve issues related to the production process effectively communicating with the marketing, operation, purchasing department or relevant parties.
- Evaluate, review and establish process standards in PPIC and warehouse sections so that operational activities run smoothly.
- Monitoring finished goods loading into containers.
- Coordinate to third party to handle export process, container booking, and delivery status
