- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Major, Management or related fields.
- Have experience minimum two years as PPIC in Manufacturing.
- Capability for production planning, inventory control, and data analysis of production.
- Proficiency in English is essential for this role
- Detail-oriented and outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning and professional development
- Capable of collaborative teamwork and adept at communicating with stakeholders across function
- Willing to be placed in Jepara – Central Java
