Job Descriptions:
- Ensure all processes in the workshop are carried out according to standards, and that production runs smoothly
- Collect and analyze abnormal data and defective products, propose solutions, and continuously improve processes
- Implement on-site quality improvements to enhance products by refining existing materials, processes, and equipment
- Apply process systems and documentation, and supervise employees in their implementation
- Develop SOPs for each process and provide training, while optimizing SOPs based on production conditions
- Oversee the screening process of optical fibers to ensure compliance with requirements
- Manage optical fibers molds, ensuring all molds are in good condition, and control spare molds
- Responsible for skill training of all process operators
- Monitor and analyze daily production abnormalities, assisting employees in resolving them
- Assist the workshop supervisor in controlling material consumption, focusing on cost reduction and waste management
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in engineering & science
- Previous experience engaged in process engineer, product engineer, or research & development engineer at least 2 years
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
