We’re looking for best candidate to join us as Procurement Staff, 
REQUIREMENT:
- Graduate of engineering or business- economic school
- Good computer skills.
- Experience in working with government and public entities
- Knowledge and experience in financing and accounting activities 
- Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing, specifically the English. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
- Multi-culture knowledge and working experience
- Familiar with procurement of goods and/or services
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary
- 2 years minimum work experience
- Will be placed in Semarang
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Import process
- Monitoring Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure they are fulfilled according to the specified quantity and dates.
- Assisting in finding solutions and alternatives in case of out-of-stock items or delivery constraints.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that delivered items meet the standards.
- Following up on complaints and coordinating directly with users and vendors to achieve agreed-upon results according to established standards.
- Coordinating with the finance department for supplier payment processes within the set timeframe.
- Negotiating prices
- Reviewing potential long-term cooperation suppliers based on product quality, price suitability, and delivery accuracy.
- Supervising the work of subordinates
- Generating weekly report
