Job Description:
- Work in the assigned territory to promote product to meet or exceed business targets, expressed in units and value monthly or cumulatively by year-end and keep the management fully informed on market conditions, competitive situations, regulatory changes, and all activities on a timely basis.
- Promote Facial Aesthetics products by attracting new customers and expanding existing customers use & awareness of the Facial Aesthetics product line in the Indonesia market.
- Plan and establish the most effective territory call cycle.
Organize and maintain territory records and submit reports to the immediate manager on a timely basis. - Report key competitive activities and customer behaviour to improve territory management in timely manner.
- Manage expenses to maximize profitability of the assigned territory.
Plan call objectives before and call analysis after each call to aid in the improvement of sales call efficiency. - Present specialized product promotion calls to customers utilizing professional sales and negotiation skills to ensure the desired goals of calls.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, colleagues, and distributors as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain product, industrial and competitive knowledge always.
- Fully cooperate with other team members (the manager, the product supervisor and the customer service officer) to improve working efficiency and implement promotional campaign.
- Support overall objectives of the business unit, in addition to individual objectives.
- Perform special projects on a needed basis.
- Provide training to doctors through Clinical Facilitation 
 
Requirements
- A University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
- Strong presentation skills to captivate audiences and deliver impactful messages.
- The ability to manage budgets and track expenses effectively.
- A problem-solving mindset to navigate challenges and identify creative solutions.
- Top-notch interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with diverse teams and clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Willing to be placed in Semarang.
