Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Coordinator to join our team. The Product Coordinator will play a critical role in driving the strategy, development, and success of Bloom Outdoor Furniture’s product lines. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, marketing, and sales to bring innovative and market-leading products to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy in line with the company’s vision and market trends.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept, design, and development to launch and post-launch activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and trends in the outdoor furniture industry.
- Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and promotional plans for new products.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and make recommendations for product improvements.
- Lead pricing strategy and positioning to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to keep the company’s product offerings fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality control and adherence to brand standards.
- Create product specifications and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the furniture or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to commercialization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and market positioning.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and functionality in products.
- Proficiency in using project management and product management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the furniture or home décor industry.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable product trends.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
