We are hiring Product Material Control (Mandarin Speaker) for one of our client, a company leading for manufacture industry and focus on Diapers, Tissue, and many others mom & baby product.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute material requirement plans to ensure raw materials align with production schedules. Forecast future needs based on sales projections and adjust plans for accuracy.
2. Oversee inventory levels to balance stock availability with cost efficiency. Implement control systems, monitor stock levels, and manage reorder points to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
3. Manage the movement of materials from suppliers to production, addressing any issues such as shortages or delays to maintain smooth production processes.
4. Utilize Mandarin skills to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. Translate material requirements and production schedules to ensure clarity and resolve language barriers.
5. Analyze and enhance material management processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Prepare reports on material usage and inventory, offering insights for better practices.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and conduct audits to verify compliance and address any issues.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in material control or supply chain management, particularly in consumer manufacturing.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in using ERP systems for managing inventory, production, and supply chain processes.
4. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with both local and international stakeholders.
