Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems.
- Strong data analysis skills and logical thinking
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Requirements Planning: Develop and implement material requirements planning to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring sufficient supply.
- Monitoring and Coordination of Materials: Oversee the monitoring and coordination of materials throughout the production process.
- Production Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate production activities to meet delivery schedules and targets.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and improve processes.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment on production goals.
