Job Description:
The Production Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production planning and management at PT Uwinfly Indonesia Industries. This role involves developing and implementing strategic production plans, managing quality control systems, and coordinating across departments to ensure seamless operations. The Production Director will also lead efforts to improve production efficiency through the introduction of new technologies and processes, while managing costs and budgets to enhance profitability. The successful candidate will have a strong leadership presence and the ability to make strategic decisions that positively impact production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement strategic production plans that align with company goals, ensuring balanced production by managing annual production tasks and creating monthly production schedules.
Quality Management:
- Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of quality management systems, overseeing implementation, supervision, and inspection of production quality systems.
- Monitor the quality status during production processes, coordinate communication and cooperation between departments, resolve production issues promptly, and ensure timely delivery while enhancing production quality rates.
Indicator Management:
- Organize and oversee the implementation, supervision, and adjustment of various processes, quality standards, equipment, and production yield indicators.
- Promote the application and integration of new technologies, processes, and equipment to enhance production efficiency.
Production Equipment Management:
- Lead and manage the factory maintenance department to maintain essential production equipment, ensuring the production site operates normally and equipment is in good condition.
Cost Control and Budget Management:
- Rigorously oversee production cost control in workshops, increasing the internal profit margin of the production department through effective budget management.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Foster effective working relationships with technical, marketing, and finance departments to support seamless cross-departmental operations.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Provide leadership and development for the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or higher, with more than 3 years of management experience in the same industry.
Professional Skills:
- Familiarity with industry production processes and raw material supply chains understanding of production procedures and quality standards.
- Strong production and operational management concepts, with knowledge of finance and legal aspects.

- Strong planning and execution capabilities, communication skills, and negotiation abilities.
