1. Minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Min 27 years old
3. Proven experience in manufacturing production
4. Experience in operating production machinery
5. Experience in managing team members
6. Strong awareness of safety and quality standards
Job Description :
1. Operate Baby Diaper Production Machines: Operate the production machines efficiently and according to the established procedures.
2. Ensure Machine Parameters: Ensure that all machine parameters are correctly set to achieve optimal production results.
3. Perform Routine Maintenance: Carry out routine (preventive) maintenance to ensure the machines continue to operate effectively.
4. Identify and Repair Technical Issues: Identify technical problems and perform minor repairs on the production machines.
5. Adjust Machines: Make adjustments to the machines if there are deviations in product quality.
6. Report Disruptions: Report any machine malfunctions or production issues to the relevant supervisor.
7. Ensure Safety Standards: Ensure that safety standards are applied in the machine area according to the applicable SOPs.
8. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Maintain Cleanliness: Use personal protective equipment correctly and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
9. Communicate Actively: Communicate actively with the supervisor and production team to resolve issues that occur during the production process.
