Job Description:
- To effectively guide the Sewing, Cutting, and Packing team
- Fostering a productive work atmosphere, and efficiently utilizing resources 
- Lead the garment production that adhere to the customer’s standards concerning quality, timeliness, and quantity. 
- Responsible for budgeting and performance standards, as well as abiding by the country, customer, and Plant policies and codes of conduct.
