Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7-15 years experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in the medical device industry.
- Have a deep understanding of the Medical Device Manufacturing process
- Able to carry out Data Analysis, Problem Solving and Communication.
- Have strong leadership skills to lead and manage a large team, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the preparation of production process planning and schedules
- Plan, organize, and supervise the daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, reject, and downtime.
- Manage and monitor warehouse management so that there is no excess or shortage of supplies of raw materials, auxiliary materials or finished products in the warehouse
- Manage equipment management so that production facilities function as they should and operate smoothly
- Manage and monitor the use of production costs to create production cost efficiency
- Assist in the process of developing new products that customers need
- Manage and monitor the performance and productivity of subordinates so that they are always in optimal condition.
