Summary
The production manager is generally responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling an effective and efficient production strategy, as well as providing advice for the implementation of new systems to maximize resource performance.
Responsibility
You have an important role in:
- Plan, coordinate, and control the production process to ensure the output is produced at the right cost in the right quantities at the right time
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement a quality control program
- Analyze budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/ rectify waste measures
- Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce
- Develop SOP & employee competencies to achieve optimal results
- Responsible for overall activities in the production department
Qualification
To be successful in this position, we need you to be:
- Minimum D3 in Engineering, Mechanical, or equivalent from Reputable University with GPA above 3
- Experience as a Production Manager and have a Minimum of 10 years experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Injection Molding and TV & AC assembly are preferred)
- Capable and familiar with ISO series, 5S, Kaizen system, and Safety
- Good understanding of Molding Machines and Rubber
- Deep understanding of practical problem solving
- Have strong leadership and management
- Proficient in English
- Willing to be placed in Karangawen – Demak, Jawa Tengah
