Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team as a Production Manager. The successful candidate will oversee production and warehouse activities to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company regulations. Key responsibilities include:
– Manage day-to-day production and warehouse operations in accordance with GMP requirements and company policies.
– Ensure adherence to quality practices and international standards such as GMP, GDP, ISO, PIC/S, etc.
– Plan and schedule production to meet demand forecast, customer orders, and stocking policies.
– Deploy skilled workforce for production and warehouse operations.
– Maintain regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
– Lead investigations into production deviations and customer complaints, coordinating with QA/QC department.
– Manage regulatory and customer audits, providing timely and accurate responses.
– Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the production and warehouse departments.
– Participate in management reviews for continual improvement.
– Facilitate effective communication and escalation processes.
– Participate in company projects to drive progress.
Qualifications:
– Pharmacist degree with Pharmacist practitioner license.
– 5-7 years of experience in Production and Warehousing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
– Fluent in spoken and written English.
– Self-driven attitude, problem solver, and strong coordination skills.
– Ability to work independently.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
