- Bachelor degree in related fields
- Understand for shoe sole production process
- Staff training, day-to-day work organization and management
- Implementation and promotion of internal regulations and company laws and regulations
- Arrangement of daily production tasks, formulation and evaluation of employee performance assestments
- Implementations of 6S management on site and in factory
- Implement and supervise SOP for each section in production area
- Able to use computer, data analysis and cost loss calculation capabilities
- Working experience more than 2 years in Taiwanese company
- Good communication in Mandarin is preferred
