Job Descriptions:
- Create and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts and orders. Adjust plans to accommodate urgent requests and issues
- Oversee raw material inventory and ensure timely supply. Collaborate with Purchasing to avoid shortages
- Track production progress, identify problems, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations
- Collect and analyze production data to inform decision-making and cost control
- Lead and develop the production planning team, setting goals and evaluating performance
- Work closely with other department to ensure efficient communication and coordination
- Contribute to optimizing production processes and staying updated on industry trends
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience as production planning senior staff/ supervisor/ manager in manufacture industry
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
