Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Productivity: Lead and manage team to reach production volume as per targeted.
- Efficiency: Lead and manage team to achieve the production cost as per budgeted.
- Quality: Maintain quality standard and prevent customer complain.
- Waste: Eliminate and reduce waste for improving efficiency and profitability.
- Reporting: Preparing productivity, efficiency and raw material consumption report.
- Documentation: Implementing and maintaining Quality Management System, establishing SOP and WI including record all of documents related with Production process.
- Project Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production and working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions for productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Science.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing process especially in Electronic Industry (preferable).
- Able to manage production line.
- Familiar with continuous improvement/KAIZEN.
- Have experienced job with an international industry will be an advantage.
Skill:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Have Lean Sigma Belt holder will be an advantage.
- Have knowledge with ISO 9001.
- Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent presentation and communication.
- Good written and spoken English language.
