JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Managing a project from start to finish and acting as the point of contact and communication with all parties involved both external and internal.
- Working closely with inter-departmental teams (purchasing, engineering, production, shipping, etc).
- Preparing tender, construction, as-built and shop drawings support by the engineering team.
- Having to be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Closely monitoring the project’s progress and ensure its completion before the deadline.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Maximum age is 30 years old.
- A bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design is a must.
- A fresh graduate is not welcome.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator preferably in Architecture or Interior or Furniture Manufacturing companies.
- Has a great project management skill.
- Has a great communication skill.
- Has strong teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure and good at problem solving.
- Proactive, meticulous, fast working, detail oriented.
- English fluency is preferred.
- Selected candidates will be invited to do a test and interview at our factory in Sayung.
