Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the schedule.
- Ensure safety measures are implemented at the site, maintaining a safe and clean working environment
2. Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance and resolve any technical issues encountered during construction.
- Perform quantity takeoff for construction materials.
- Prepare as-built drawings to accurately reflect the work on site
3. Quality Control:
- Monitor construction quality to ensure all work meets design standards and quality requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and document construction progress and quality issues
4. Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication with the project manager, designers, and subcontractors to coordinate efforts.
- Attend project meetings and report on site progress and issues
5. Documentation Management:
- Maintain and update construction records and prepare progress reports.
