About us
Midascom Network Sdn Bhd, established in 2006, specializes in rental, sales, and maintenance of diesel generator sets. Since 2007, it has expanded its business network to the northern region of Malaysia. MNSB has diversified its business to Civil & Construction works, focusing on tower erection, cabin installation, civil foundation, and steel material supply. In 2010, MNSB expanded into Mobile Network Engineering, offering technical services such as BTS Implementation, Installation, Commissioning & Integration, E1 implementation, Microwave transmission networks implementation, and Technical site Survey Report. In 2013, MNSB expanded into structural steelwork fabrication, producing high-quality fabricated steel materials to meet client requirements.
Qualifications & experience
- Degree qualifications and above
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management Officer
- Only for Indonesian
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Salary range : IDR 5,500,000 – 6,000,000
- Based in Malaysia / Selangor (Must willing to work at Malaysia)
- Working days: 5.5 days Work MON-FRI = 9:00AM – 6:00PM SAT = 9:00AM – 3:00PM
- On-Job Training 6 months
Tasks & responsibilities
- Establish a project management office (PMO), direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets
- Set deadlines & target, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project
- Lead a team of Project Managers to manage and monitor multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- The ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies
- Lead and coordinate the customer support team in the project implementation process to ensure the project runs smoothly
- Support users on change control and system updates
- Provide training and user manuals to users of a new system
- Work on multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously
