Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Facilities Management or relevant fields with significant experience in managing fit-out project
- Minimum 1 years of facility management experience.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience in overseeing contractor performance.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, quality control procedures, and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Effective people management skills required.
- Strong sense of teamwork and attention to details.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and constantly pursue to improve service efficiency and service quality.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Will be place in Semarang
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to all fit-out Project Management from planning, controlling, and finishing project.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
- Identify and address any quality defects or non-conformances.
- Monitor and enforce quality control procedures and standards
- Ensure contractors adhere to project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Resolve disputes and conflicts between contractors and project stakeholders.
