Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Fundraising: Organizing, managing and supervising fundraising events, writing doner newsletters 
budget management
Team Leading: Coordinate with board, staff, partners, doners and volunteers
Community Relations: build relationships with local families, teachers and officials
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, evaluations, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed and facilitate decision-making.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with the organization’s goals.
Evaluation and Impact Assessment: Assess project outcomes and impact, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Project Planning: Collaborate with team to develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for SPS Kejora and Kejora Language School
What are we looking for in a Project Manager?
– Previous experience in a leadership position.
– Working or volunteer experience with a foundation/organization.
– Must be comfortable with fundraising and budgeting.
– Competent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
– Interest in different cultures, with an open mind to learn from them.
– Must be willing and able to relocate to a remote island that has limited amenities.
– Preferred applicants will be passionate about education, environmental sustainability and health & wellness.
