Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting. 
- Knowledge of helpdesk software and ticketing systems. 
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a helpdesk environment is highly desirable. 
- Experience in managing projects related to helpdesk improvements, system upgrades, or other initiatives. 
- Experience in developing training programs to enhance the skills of helpdesk staff and ensure adherence to quality standards.
