Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.&nbsp
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting.&nbsp
  • Knowledge of helpdesk software and ticketing systems.&nbsp
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a helpdesk environment is highly desirable.&nbsp
  • Experience in managing projects related to helpdesk improvements, system upgrades, or other initiatives.&nbsp
  • Experience in developing training programs to enhance the skills of helpdesk staff and ensure adherence to quality standards.
