Requirements:
Experient candidates preferred, but fresh Graduated candidates are welcome
Managerial level experience preferred
Candidates with a background in architecture will be preferred
Candidates with experience in handling clients are preferred
Excellent communication and property management skills
Fast response time
Ability to work well in a team
Adherence to procedures and timelines
High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
Friendly and courteous demeanor
Strong preference for candidates with cultural understanding or proficiency in Chinese culture, due to frequent interaction with Chinese residents
High salary offer (negotiable based on experience)

Willing to be placed in Semarang
Responsibilities:
Maintain existing properties in Semarang and Tegal
Ensuring that properties are well-maintained and in good repair
Handling residents/tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests and communicate to ensure their needs are met
Source vendors for repairs when needed
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to properties, including lease monitoring, rent collection, and property tax payments
Assist in overseeing new projects to ensure they stay on schedule and report progress to management
Ensuring that properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Attracting new tenants by advertising available units through various channels
Mobile to Tegal for property checks as required
