Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Finding new suppliers locally for the procurement raw material of Medical Devices
- Handling machinery sourcing and purchasing activity for Medical Equipment or manufacturing company
- Create PO in ERP system until settlement
- Do price comparison between 3 – 5 supplier (Import or Local)
- Do price negotiation and finalization, follow up the payment process up to shipment
- Communicate directly with the supplier and factory
- Ensure all the orders is deliver on time
- Maintaining data using excel and input the final order to the system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions for productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Having minimum 3 years experiences in related field
- Having experiences LEAN manufacturing in electronic industry is preferable
- Familiar with raw material, machinery and spare-part sourcing and purchasing for manufacturing
- Familiar with International Trade and sourcing overseas suppliers
- Have a technical understanding and background related with raw material, machineries, general equipment for medical devices
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Having knowledge of ISO 9001
- Have a good analytical thinking
- Excellent presentation, problem-solving and communication
- Good written and spoken in English
- Have experienced working with ERP System/Odoo/ SAP/JDE Oracle
