Job Summary : 
We are seeking a dedicated skilled as Purchasing. The role of production purchasing is crucial for the smooth operation of manufacturing, ensuring raw materials are available on time and meet standards and helping to optimize production costs.
Requirements : 
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Have Experience min 1 years as purchasing, procurement or supply chain management (preferred)
- Understanding of procurement processes, price negotiation, and contract management
- Have a skill in conducting cost analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Have a good communication skills
- Has strong negotiation skills to secure the best prices and favorable procurement terms
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel
- Proficiency in English will be Advantage
- Placement in Kendal Industrial Area
Responsibilities : 
- Needs Identification : Understanding the raw material requirements based on the production plan and request from the production department 
- Supplier Search and Selection : Searching for potential suppliers and evaluating their quality, prices, and production capacity. 
- Negotiation and Ordering : Negotiating with suppliers on prices, payment terms and delivery conditions, creating and manage purchase orders 
- Inventory Management : Regularly monitoring raw material inventory levels to ensure there are no shortages or excess stock 
- Coordination with the production team : Collaborating with production team to ensure raw materials are available on time and meet specifications 
- Administration and Documentation : Managing purchasing documents such as PO, Invoices and goods receipt notes, prepare regular purchasing reports and cost analysis for management. 
- Supplier Evaluation and Updates : Developing and updating the supplier database to ensure supply continuity and improve efficiency 
- Cost Analysis and Savings : analyzing the cost of raw material purchases to identify savings opportunities, identifying alternative suppliers that can provide better quality and pricing 
- Risk Management : identifying risks in the supply chain and developing mitigation strategies to address issues such as delivery delays or price fluctuations, managing contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure compliance and reduce risks.
