Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery
- Monitor inventory for optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of importation item(s)
- Analyze data for process improvement
- Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery, including importing items from offshore
- Monitor inventory for optimal stock levels, maintaining stock availability and buffer stock
- Create purchase documents and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
- Monitor daily movement of products and analyze data for process improvement, including counting forecast
- Liaise with project manufacture, production or other function to specify the need for procurement solutions
- Ensure purchasing of relevant materials according to business needs.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including fluency in English
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace and supply chain management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong project management abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
