Requirements:
– Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
– Maximum age of 30 years old
– At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry
– Hardworking and eager to learn
– Proficient in using Ms. Office and ERP/SAP
– Understand the flow of procurement and payment processes
– Basic proficiency in English
Job Descriptions:
– Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for materials based on instructions and requirements
– Input material arrivals into the system
– Submit payment requests for delivered materials
– Update weekly and monthly reports
– Record rejected materials and handle the return process to suppliers
