Qualifications & experience
- Knowledge of BOM, Spec, trim cards and production samples
- Able to communicate in English (active & passive)
- Knowledge of sewing patterns, processes and techniques
- Good knowledge of Quality Control, how to check and its systems
- Able to read production plans and operate computers (Microsoft)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the garment field
Tasks & responsibilities
- Check all samples that will be sent or checked by the buyer
- Checking quality for new orders in production line
- Carrying out in-line inspections
- Do pre-finals after clothes are packed
- Become a center for information on quality standards for orders that will be or are currently in production
- Discussion with QC buyers, if there are quality deviations during the production process
- Conduct Final Inspection when the order is at least 80% complete
