JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Analyze sample according to predetermined standards
- Ensure the released products are in accordance to the standards
- Validate QC internal instruments periodically
- Ensure the implementation of Quality Management System runs well
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology is a must
- Minimum 1 years experience in the same field (FMCG experience is preferable) / Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
- Good knowledge in microbiological, physical and chemical analysis
- Preferably have an experience in microbiology laboratory
- Good knowledge in Food Safety (FSSC 6), ISO 22000, Halal Assurance System
- High integrity, agile, and fast response
- Willing to work in shift hours
