PT. LBM ENERGI BARU INDONESIA is looking for “Quality Engineer – Metal Foreign Object Direction” dan “System Engineer”
QUALITY ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Basic knowledge of on-site quality management and system management.
2. Proficient in using office software such as WORD and EXCEL.
3. Good organizational and communication skills, time management, integrity, responsibility, and strong initiative.
4. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
5. Proficient in English, able to communicate in English for basic work tasks.
QUALITY ENGINEER JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1. Management of metal foreign objects and formulation of inspection standards.
2. Management of copper-zinc materials and formulation of inspection standards.
3. Improvement of quality anomalies and confirmation of the effectiveness of improvement measures.
4. Timely completion of tasks assigned by leadership and headquarters.
SYSTEM ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS :
- Familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 systems and document control management.
- Proficient in using the five major tools and 8D methodology.
- Strong organizational, coordination, communication, management, and promotion abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
SYSTEM ENGINEER JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Lead the development, revision, and optimization of the company’s quality management system documents at four levels and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and participate in the organization of headquarters processes.
- Organize responses to second and third-party audits and internal audits of the system.
- Promote the improvement of identified issues.
- Organize and manage layered audit work.
- Manage hazardous substances in products.
