Qualifications:
- Ability to speak Mandarin (business level), aside from English and Bahasa.
- Have 3+ years of experience as Quality Control, preferably in handbag, bag, shoes, and garment manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Understanding of leather bag production processes from start to finish, including techniques and technologies used.
- Skills in inspection methods and testing products, including the use of testing equipment and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in quality control methods and tools such as six sigma, lean manufacturing. Etc
- Understand and proficient in QC 7 tools.
- Proficient in QC from Incoming until final inspection an understands AQL Sampling methods.
Responsibilities:
- Development and Implementation of Quality Standards
• Establishing quality standards Create and maintain quality criteria for raw materials, production process, and finished products.
• Developing QC procedures Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control.
- Quality Supervision and Inspection
• Conducting Routine Inspections Oversee and inspect the quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Managing the QC Team Lead and coordinate the QC team to ensure inspections are carried out effectively and consistently.
• Analyzing Inspection Results: Evaluate inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Handling and Resolving Quality Issues
• Identifying and Analysing Quality Issues Detect and address quality problems and implement corrective actions to resolve them.
• Collaborating with Other Departments Work with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Supplier Collaboration
• Evaluating Suppliers Assess and inspect the quality of raw materials supplied by vendors.
• Improving Raw Material Quality Work with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet company quality standards.
