Job Summary : 
We are seeking a QC Manager, who responsible for overseeing and managing all quality control processes within the bag manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The QC Manager will develop and implement quality control procedures, train and supervise QC staff, analyze quality data, and work closely with other departments to maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
Requirements : 
- Education Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or related field
- Have Experience min 3 years as Quality Control, preferably in bag manufacturing
- Proficiency in quality control methods and tools such as six sigma, lean manufacturing. etc
- Have strong analyze data and make informed decisions
- Have a good communication skills
- Understand and proficient in QC 7 tools
- Proficient in QC from Incoming until final inspection
- Capable of handling customer complaints
- Understands AQL Sampling method
- Proven Ability to manage teams, including directing, motivating and evaluating
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel
- Proficiency in English will be Advantage
- Placement in Kendal Industrial Area
Responsibilities : 
- Development and Implementation of Quality Standards : Develop QC Procedures and SOP to ensure consistency in the production process
- Inspection and Testing : Monitor the production process to identify and address quality issues promptly, Inspect raw materials received from suppliers to ensure quality matches specifications
- Training and Supervising QC Team : Supervise QC Staff ensure they follow established procedures and standards
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Prepare quality reports and provide improvement recommendations to management
- Coordination with Other Departements : Collaborate with production,R&D, and suppliers to effectively address quality issues.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process and product improvements, implement best practices and the latest technologies in quality control
