Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or other relevant fields
- Work experience in Quality Control, especially in manufacturing or consumer product industries, is an advantage
- Basic understanding of QC processes, quality standards, and quality analysis
- Knowledge of chemicals and raw materials relevant to the diaper production process
- Ability to perform visual inspections and testing to ensure product quality standards are met
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying product defect
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct periodic quality inspections during production to ensure products meet company standards
- Report and record product inspection results, preparing daily quality reports
- Conduct physical and chemical testing on products or raw materials used
- Use measuring tools and laboratory instruments to ensure product specifications are met
- Identify defects in products and analyze the root cause
- Take corrective action and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of similar defects
- Oversee and ensure the production process follows established QC procedures and standards
- Coordinate with the production team to maintain consistent product quality
- Prepare inspection and product testing reports, documenting findings and deviations from quality standards
- Ensure all QC data is well-documented and in compliance with company procedures
