Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
- Oversee testing and quality control in the production process, identifying and correcting quality deviations in a timely manner.
- Manage and update quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest industry standards and regulations.
- Lead the QC team, assign tasks, and supervise their implementation.
- Provide necessary training and guidance to improve team members’ professional skills and quality awareness.
- Conduct regular team meetings to analyze quality issues and develop corrective actions.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data, identifying trends and potential problems.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce quality issues that may arise during production.
- Prepare quality reports and report factory quality performance and improvement suggestions to senior management.
- Work closely with production, procurement, R&D and other departments to ensure quality control requirements are implemented throughout the supply chain.
- Assist in resolving quality issues of raw materials or components supplied by suppliers to ensure smooth production processes.
- Organize and participate in internal quality audits to ensure implementation of all steps
Job Reuqirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the diaper, tissue, or related manufacturing industries.
- In-depth understanding of quality control processes, standards, and regulations in the diaper, tissue, or similar industries.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Mandarin language skills are highly preferred and considered an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control.
- Proficiency in using QC tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of QC inspectors and technicians.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changes in production demands and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, is preferred
