Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and standards for feed production.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QC team to ensure effective quality control operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished feed products.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) protocols.
- Keep updated with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Oversee laboratory testing of feed ingredients and products to verify quality and safety.
- Analyze test results and take appropriate actions to address any quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of QC tests, inspections, and audits.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of QC activities and findings.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all QC processes and results.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in animal science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the feed mill or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of QC principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using QC testing equipment and software.
- Willing to work in Grobogan, Central Java
