1. Associate degree or Bachelor degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry
2. Understand HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, SJH
3. Able to work under pressure
4. Understand about QC 7 Tools
5. Able to lead and foster a team
6. Placement at Plant Sayung, Demak
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the quality of process and production stages.
2. Observe, inspect and analyze production results during the production process.
3. Make monthly, weekly, daily reports to superiors.
4. Stop production if not in accordance with the applicable SOP.
5. Develop the team in the department to be more productive and care about quality.
6. Provide quality training to departments that require knowledge of the training.
