Requirements:
 
- Open for fresh graduate.
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is advantage (work in sample room).
- Can or used to work under pressure.
- Advance in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc).
- Willing work under shift.
- Must have safe and healthy- minded.
 
Job Description:
- Responsibility towards QCO and achievements in CO.
- Ensure the required output is achieved within the stipulated time frame as per the accepted standards.
- Conduct a random check on garments during the bulk production process to ensure achievement of the required quality standards of the end product.
- Attend relevant meetings such as Pre-production, Start-up etc. and provide technical advice in order to ensure all technical concerns are addressed ina timely and effective manner at the pre-production stage.
- Identify, Coach and develop the team to support soft skill and technical skill development.
- Identify operations for the improvement of the relevant operations & process.
- Engage in the production planning process for all styles.
- Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.
