Job Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree with minimum GPA 3.0 in any field.
- Minimum 5 years experience on QA Department
- Understand ISO 13485, CPAKB, ISO 14000, ISO Standard 9001, Quality Standard of medical if can special syringes and GMP
- Responsibilty about ISO standard and document supporting include all audit.
Job Descriptions :
- Planning process, controlling all Quality Control activities in the company, starting from the incoming material, in process, outgoing, testing, and ISO implementation
- Prepare an annual calibration program for laboratory equipment and production equipment
- Control quality of product
- Implement to handle complaints from customer and ensure elimination of complaints causes
- Control and present reports to stakeholders regarding to quality result and improvement activities
- Ensure all Quality Management system has implementing and maintain well
- Ensure overall inspection process on all process stage are meet customer requirement
- Plan and manage Internal and External Audit Process
- Ensure proper implementation of SOP across the different department
- Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these point
