Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and implement quality assurance processes throughout the property development life cycle.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and policies in line with industry best practices.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Follow up audit findings and control execution.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier and contractor performance to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to quality control and assurance activities and presenting to management.
- Improve quality standards and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or similar roles, internal audit, preferably in the property or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management tools/software.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
