Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location: Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah
Job Description:
- Responsible for the system /procedures Quality
- Conduct Pre-production meetings identify potential quality issues/risks prior to bulk production suggest/share solutions to suppliers if necessary.
- Carry out Inline Inspection and Final inspections
- Ensure to highlight the quality problems of the products, procedures, organization if any, work out with Suppliers, the preventive measures, and concrete action plans for improvement.
- Responsible for generating inspection reports and sharing the reports with respective Suppliers and reporting directly to the owner while cc’ing the Merchandiser Manager.
- Responsible for communicating claims coming from customers and following up with the supplier
- Responsible for improvement through good relationships and communication with Suppliers, Merchandising team, and immediate superior.
- Validate production status and escalate to the production/merchandising manager if there are any potential issues that may impact product or delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year of experience.
- Experience to handle woven/knit product with washing/printing/garment dye process. Familiar to work in factory would be advantage.
- University graduate in Garment Technology.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Preferably candidate domicile Solo, Jawa Tengah
