Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Perform quality checks on customer service agents handling inquiries including the LLM review
- Ensure processes and translation results complies with native Japanese standards
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare and present regular reports on translation results and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Certified JLPT N1/N2 Japanese Language Proficiency
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree with a GPA of at least 2.75
- Preferably have experience in Travel/Hospitality Industry
- Willing to be based in Semarang
- Available to join immediately
