Requirements:
- At least Diploma Degree in Textile/Garment Engineering or related field of study.
- Maximum 40 years of age.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as QA in garment industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Strong Analytical skill.
- Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
- Candidates will be placed in Central Java
- Willing to travel out city frequently.
 
Job Description:
- Ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company policies, procedures, and activities involved in ensuring the quality of manufactured products.
- During the manufacturing process, conducting quality checks ensures that the outward factory is of the correct quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to investigate and correct quality-related issues (including customer complaints).
- Monitoring the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
- Make proactive recommendations and offer or present solutions to the production to improve quality and work efficiency.
- Review production batch records and other manufacturing-related documents to ensure compliance and record-keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, including quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.
- Audit the quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards.
- Oversee in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the factory.
- Conduct inline inspections, preliminary audits, and final inspections.
- Setting quality standards for the factory and following requirements and guidance for each department and process.
