Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QC team to perform quality check on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, production processes, until finished product according to standard
- Develop proper quality parameter checking each process and review accountability and effectiveness of control
- Control implementation of standard operational procedure (SOP) of production process
- Data collection, review and conduct analysis of unstandardized process, non-confirmation incoming material, semi full good and full good and analysis quality performance of process
- Conduct analysis and deploy improvement / preventive plan of each customer complaint of product
Requirements:
- S1 in Engineering / Science related majors
- Min. 7 years of experience in Quality Control positions in F&B Manufacturing
- Relevant leadership / management experience in building and leading a team
- Agile, Result Oriented, Collaborative
