Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the compliance division to ensure that billing carried out by both internal collection desks and vendors is in accordance with OJK, AFPI, and company’s regulation.
- Responsible for reviewing and improving company’s regulations in accordance with OJK and AFPI regulations.
- Responsible for reducing the number of customer complaints and doing clarification with vendor and internal desk collections.
- Conduct investigations and analysis of customer complaints and provide suggestions for future improvements.
- Responsible for detailed inspections.
- Provide training and education regarding desk collection’s regulations.
- Work together with all staff to prevent fraud.
- Formulate weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
• Candidate who have minimum 1 year of working experience in Financial Technology company as a Quality Control is preferred.
• Excellent in using Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skill.
• Orientation to details.
• Fast-paced.
• Strive for continuous improvement.
