Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Material Inspection: Ensure raw materials and components from suppliers are in accordance with established standards and product specifications.
- Functional Inspection: Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment including calibrating. Auditing process to ensure the process according to the SOP and work instructions.
- Testing & Measuring: Monitoring and management of testing and measuring equipment, further development of testing setups, test procedures and technical failure analysis in the case of material or functional test inspections.
- Reporting: Preparing the quality report for all kind of defect raw material, components and final product including action plan and audit process report by weekly and monthly base.
- Customer Satisfaction: Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services. Provide quick response to customer complaints, resolve the issues quickly and effectively including follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Implementing and maintaining Quality Management System, establishing SOP and Work Instruction including planning and organizing the implementation of internal and external audits. 
- Project Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Quality Management System and working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions for quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in industrial/mechanical/electrical/science engineering. 
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in end-to-end Quality Management function.
- Have certificate training ISO 9001 and ISO 13458.
- Have experienced job with an international industry will be an advantage. 
- Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel, word, ppt, etc.)
- Must have knowledge with ISO 9001 and ISO 13458.
- Must have knowledge IPQC process.
- Must have Knowledge PDCA process.
- Have a good analytical thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication.
- Good written and spoken English language.
