Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description: 
- Execute product development with recipe development and prototyping on a laboratory scale by making sure overall ingredients meet the regulations and align with process and packaging development to get a complete product design.
- Prepare all related material tools and other resources aligned with the operation team and execute and review results.
- Prepare documentation: technical feasibility, recipe, protocol trial, trial report, shelf-life report, and process capability.
- Day-to-day activities in the laboratory, based on good laboratory practice (hygience, safety, halal, traceability, 5S)
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree majoring in Food Technology, Cemical Engineering, or other related programs.
- Experience in food manufacturing (Pastry will be a good advantage), sensory analysis, and market insight.
- Have high integrity, honestic, dynamic, highly organized, good in time management, and excellent attention to detail.
